Crown Wholesale Seafood does not except returns or refunds on perishable foods (fish, crab, shellfish, meats, or servings containing meat or other perishable food) . Crown Wholesale Seafood will only provide store credit or replacement within five (5) days of purchase to customers if product was damaged in transit or incorrect item was sent . We require a photo of damaged, spoiled or incorrect items and detailed information such as order number , product temperature upon opening , date of delivery. Incorrect items must be different than the item on provided order number. Please do not sent perishable food back & properly dispose once your request has been submitted. Thank You
